Sourcing
Fresh fish and seafood is key to our success. Our team works hand in hand with the local fisherman to source the freshest fish and seafood on the market. All seafood is stored directly on ice prior to packaging.
Packaging
Once sourced the fish and seafood arrives at our packaging and storage facility where our team fillet or clean each item. Once packed, all seafood is blast frozen to preserve quality and stored at below -18 degrees C.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched once a week to Nairobi. Special orders can be arranged on request to alternative locations. To keep the contents fresh you will receive you order packed in a EPS box containing dry ice.
