Shipping and Delivery

KenTuna has partnered with Wells Fargo courier, to ensure that your orders are delivered securely and on time.

Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver Nation-wide, with next-day delivery available in Mombasa, South Coast, Nairobi and the immediate surrounding areas outside of Nairobi. 

2-day delivery is available anywhere up-country, including Naivasha, Nakuru, Nanyuki etc.

How much does delivery cost? 

Delivery cost is calculated per order and varies upwards depending on the number of packs being shipped. 

Note that FREE delivery is available on any order above KES.25,000 country-wide!

How is our seafood packaged & delivered?

KenTuna uses high quality vacuum bags to lock-in the freshness of our seafood products and protect the quality throughout the blast-freezing process. 
Once packaged, orders are carefully placed into insulated EPS boxes along with dry ice, to keep them frozen in transit. 
Our range of different box sizes are designed to accommodate all types of product shapes and sizes. This gives you the assurance and confidence that your order will be secure and well protected to arrive safely at your doorstep.
Larger orders may be sent in our robust, offshore range of cooler boxes. These should be returned to us with the Wells Fargo team delivering your order.

Packaging multiple orders?

Multiple orders can be combined into the same package to reduce cost and number of packages shipped to customers. If you would like your order consolidated with that of a friend or neighbour, kindly Contact-Us and quote the order numbers e.g. SO0014 & SO0015 and we will get back to you with our shipping solution. 

How to track your orders status?

Order status’ can be tracked using the order numbers provided once a purchase is completed. After an order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation including a Wells Fargo tracking number. See the example (right) for quick reference and location of the order and Wells Fargo tracking numbers.
